Jones Assurance Property Management is an Easley-based property management company serving owners across the Upstate South Carolina market. We work with residential rental owners who want better leasing execution, stronger day-to-day support, and a more practical management partner.

How JAPM got started
Jones Assurance Property Management was founded in 2016 with a clear goal: build a more investor-friendly property management company for owners in Easley and the surrounding Upstate markets.
That means more than placing tenants or collecting rent. It means helping owners think through pricing, turnover, maintenance coordination, and the systems that affect long-term rental performance.

We serve owners across Easley, Greenville, Anderson, Piedmont, Powdersville, Clemson, and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area. Meet Our Team
Clayton is a co-owner at Jones Assurance Property Management LLC and the Property Manager-In-Charge. His professional background is in Supply Chain in manufacturing plants.
At the University of South Carolina, he studied Finance with a focus on real estate investment and minored in Economics.
Clayton handles the management of business finances and developing strategies for investors. He enjoys analyzing deals and developing strategies to meet investment goals for clients.
Kyle is a co-owner at Jones Assurance Property Management.
He has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate/Property Management Industry. In high school, Kyle began working with his family at Chuck Yeager Real Estate and, while attending North Greenville University, received his Real Estate License to practice in both commercial and residential real estate.
Kyle is involved in the day-to-day operations of the organization and oversees the company-wide marketing strategies.
He is passionate about serving others and working with different organizations within the community.
