We offer two main types of service – tenant placement and full service property management. Our tenant placement option helps you to find a tenant for your home and then turns over the management to you. This includes taking pictures of your home, listing on multiple sites, screening applicants, and selecting the best quality tenant for your property.
Our full service property management package includes the same tenant placement package (when necessary) plus rent collection 24/7 maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and property/tenant turnover including eviction processing when needed.

Showing Coordination
We utilize technology to allow us to show your property at the convenience of the viewer. Our self-show software gives us the ability for potential tenants to view properties when they are available instead of when a showing specialist is available. This drastically reduces the time on market compared to traditional showings.
Tenant Screening
We screen all applicants and use set parameters to filter out only quality applicants. From there, we run a full background check to include criminal history, credit history, and prior rental history. We will verify all of the information provided to allow us to select the most qualified tenant(s).
Security Deposit Management
We will handle collection, holding, and disbursement of security deposits. Our goal is to never need to use the security deposit for any damages by monitoring the property and ensuring that tenants are taking care as expected.
Rent Collection
We will collect rent at the beginning of the month and enforce all penalties for late and missing payments.
Property Maintenance
As a client, you can trust that we will maintain your property to be in good condition. Financial Reporting
We wend property financial reports to our clients every month along with their disbursement. In addition, our clients receive an annual statement and 1099 MISC to provide to their tax accountant for annual tax return submissions.
