    • To avoid large file sizes, upload all pictures separately and email them to info@jonesassurancepm.com.
  6. Responding to Questions:
    • Answer each question to the best of your ability. If a section or question does not apply to your unit, you may skip it.
  7. Comments and Feedback:
    • Use the provided comment sections to give additional details about any issues or concerns.
  8. Review and Submit:
    • Review your responses to ensure accuracy.
    • Submit the completed form by clicking the “Submit” button at the end of the form.
